The International Voices Project 2011, organized by Premiere Theatre & Performance and presented in collaboration with the represented country’s consulate generals and cultural institutions, opens at the Instituto Cervantes of Chicago. This series celebrates the work of international playwrights with eight premiere concert readings of selected plays that will be performed by a professional cast.

Tables and Beds is a new comedy about falling in love—and the tragedy of falling out of love. It’s a hilarious dissection of the constant conflict
between passion and routine, and a tribute to the unconditional love of life-long friends. Presented in collaboration with Teatro Luna theatre.
Alex Meda will direct the play and its author, Emilio Williams, will be in attendance.
