The Inspiration of Barack: "Yes We Can" film screenings October 24, 2008

Due to an overwhelming response in New York, Michigan and Ohio, we've decided to host yet another screening of the series. We shot 7 short films, one more just added to make 8. All of them deal with different aspects of the American Dream. One is already on the web and you may view it here: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/qasim-basir/ That, plus the other 6 powerful shorts (Housing, Immigration, Economy, Family, Vote, War and "Bark for Barack") will be shown at the screening. We'll also have a behind the scenes video that shows the amazing story of how it all came together.
This is not only a screening, but a tool to allow you to get involved with this important time in history. Representatives from Obama's campaign will be available to answer questions about early voting and volunteer opportunities. The Director, Qasim "Q" Basir and Producers Mike Lynch and Laura Nativo will also be there for a Q&A session after the screening.
