The Ian Smith Foundation hosts annual back-to-school youth summits. These youth summits will expose young people to successful people who have overcome many obstacles to become successful. These young people will have front row seats to hear these wonderful stories that will hopefully encourage young people in the community. Many students growing up in the ‘inner city’ lose sight of their dreams and need encouragement and testimonies from people with backgrounds similar to theirs who have experienced what they are going through. This summit will hopefully put the young people back in sight of their dreams.
