Surrender Yourself to the Rejuvenation of Spring with a Makeover Weekend Like No Other.
Feel there is more to you than meets the eye but no one else can see it? You may need a renovation. Harnassing the rejuvenating properties of spring, HSS and its partner lifestyle experts are here to help transform you. March 23 and 24 marks HSS’s Renovate Your Date Weekend whereby lucky participants are rated by fellow daters in “date-ability” to find out what is working and what is not. Then it’s time for the experts to swoop in and the renovations to begin!
Indulge in new hair, a new style and end up with a new confidence just in time to step out on the fresh spring scene.
HSS has asked some of the finest local lifestyle and relationship experts to take charge of the personal renovations and include makeup artist Jentry Kelley, Krista Burks of KB Kasuals, relationship expert and licensed professional counselor Jill Robin Payne, Misti Pace-Krahl of Misti Style is the resident fashion expert and Tina Greer of Tina’s Salon handles the hair make-overs.
On Saturday, March 23, participants will meet for a mixer from 5pm to 8pm at The Corkscrew
where they will rate each other in their “date-ability”, meet their experts and schedule their personal renovations for the next day.
Sunday, March 24, the transformations take place with each participant getting one-on-one care and attention in preparation for the big reveal later that night.
Back at Corkscrew Sunday night from 5pm to 8pm, participants and experts alike will revel in the transformations as each renovation is revealed. Another round of speed-dating will only confirm the successful improvements and kick-off another evening of mixing and mingling in style.
Participation is only $299 per person and includes one-on-one time with fashion consultant stylist (MISTI STYLE), one-on-one time with Jill Payne (relationship expert) - dating do's and don'ts, advice on dating in today’s world, and answer any questions, makeup application and lesson with Jentry for women, skincare counseling with Jentry for men, wash and style for both men and women at Tina’s Salon.
The ticket price also includes practice mixing and mingling and a speed dating event with a total of 10 participants.
