Join The Hidden as they celebrate the release of not one, but two new recordings, simultaneously. Smash to Ashes, a full length 10 song album recorded with Steve Albini in 2004, in addition to a six song EP, Church and War, recorded in 2005 at Galaxy Park in Allston, MA with Richard Marr. Both new works exemplify the diversity of The Hidden?s talent, combining their original songwriting talent and the creative juices behind the band, with their ability to pay homage to their musical roots and influences (especially with the five cover songs on the EP).

If you?re eager to witness the stage fury that is The Hidden, the New Bedford CD release party is currently scheduled for Friday, November 4th at the New Wave Café. Duncan Wilder Johnson will perform spoken word and handle the emcee duties, Boston bands Stu Walker and Bury The Needle will also perform.

As for the show at the Middle East on November 11th, the Hidden will be joined by the rip roaring guitars of Crash and Burn, the new brainchild of the most popular Myspace user in Boston, Wild Zero, and the madness/genius of Stu Walker.
