The Hackensaw Boys December 29, 2007

The Hackensaw Boys combine the primitive strains of old-time mountain and string band music with modern-day sensibilities. The eight-member group has shared the stage with acts ranging from the Flaming Lips to De La Soul. The Steep Canyon Rangers are a young, energetic bluegrass band, which is turning heads from the mountains to the coast of North Carolina. They share their music throughout the Southeast and as far west as Colorado.
