What is the Grind on Congress Avenue you say well it is a combination Extreme Sporting Event and Live Music Festival that is being held this year on the Congress Avenue Bridge. This event has all the makings of a hell of good time in my book. You have the Texas State Capital Building as a backdrop for what promises to be one of the biggest and best rail competitions of the year.
