This band is awesome, a little bluegrass, country, folk and rock. We have seen them four times (everytime they come to Ann Arbor). Carol has a beautiful voice and all the music is great!! An event you will truly enjoy.

"This acclaimed Austin-based acoustic bluegrass band, a trio of Australian and English musicians, is known for its blend of superb musicianship and an infectious sense of fun. "The key is the voice of bassist Carol Young, which approaches the vast ethereality of Patty Griffin on the breathtaking opener 'The Ghost of Who We Were' and provides the perfect harmonic center to the first single 'Time,'" says Austin American-Statesman critic Michael Corcoran in his review of the band's recent CD Weather and Water. Opening act is Jedd Hughes, a fast-rising young Nashville-based Australian country and country-rock singer-songwriter and guitarist. All Music Guide reviewer William Rulhmann calls Hughes's debut CD Transcontinental a "guitar showcase . . . full of fingerpicked electric fretwork" that suggests "George Harrison stealing licks from Carl Perkins."
