Don your favorite costumes and go to the Winter Garden for a magical day of trick-or-treating, storytelling, pumpkin decorating, face painting, clowns and more. Have your picture taken with the Magical Great Pumpkin. This event is preceeded by the Battery Park City Neighbors and Parents Association Halloween Parade.
