Society For Promotion Of Indian Classical Music and Culture Amongst Youth as a part of their Virasat Festival hosts the screening of 'The Great Dictator'- An English film directed by Charlie Chaplin portraying the story of Chaplin's satire on Nazi Germany, featuring dictator Adenoid Hynkel having a double partner, a poor Jewish barber, who one day is mistaken for Hynkel whose result is hilarious to say the least.
