THE SOFT BOMBS

The Soft Bombs have graced the music scene with a fresh, authentic sound that draws from rock & roll roots, yet sizzles with originality. The diversely talented four-piece band brings together sounds of both classic and contemporary rock & roll, psychedelic dance trips, worldly earth-toned beats and a touch of strung-out British Pop/Rock; all while maintaining an original style that is truly their own. As a live show, The Soft Bombs provide an “other-worldly” experience with their colorful mood-lighting, Warhol-like ambience of effects, flawless energy and a strong yet polished musicality that carries the group into a league well above your average band of musicians.

THE GOLDENHEARTS

With an ear for the romantic and the dramatic, the Goldenhearts bring a unique flavor to a familiar genre. The band alternates between electric and acoustic live performances, and they frequently feature a string quartet. Roger Rocha, (guitar, vocals) had a vision of a live band that would embody the angst and ecstasy of relationships. "Is There Love On Mars?”, the current record by this San Francisco - based band, is a textured roller-coaster ride of romance, danger, tragedy, and beauty. Drummer Chad Tasky and bassist Ari Gorman are the band's anchors, and viola player Jacob Hansen - Joseph leads the string section.

Recorded with David Simon-Baker (Los Lobos, Jack Johnson, Jackie Greene, ALO), "Is There Love On Mars?" is a musical tour de force. The cover art was created by eminent montage artist Winston Smith, who has designed album covers for Green Day, Ben Harper, and Dead Kennedys. Front man Roger Rocha is best known as the guitarist for 4 Non - Blondes.
