The Golden Gate Men’s Chorus (GGMC) present “Sacred Harmonies" May 10, 2009

Conducted by Joseph Jennings, The Golden Gate Men’s Chorus (GGMC) will present “Sacred Harmonies” blending the joyful sounds of the community’s premier men’s chorus with the celebrated acoustical environment of Mission Dolores Basilica for a spirit-lifting musical and visual experience. The all male 50-member chorus will perform a program of unique choral music celebrating the many ways composers, during different periods of history and across many cultures, celebrated the human connection to spirit and worship including the US premier of “Magnificat” by Vytautus Miskinis.

The performances will be Sunday, May 10th at 4:00 PM, & Tuesday, May 12th at 8:00 PM
