The Godfathers of Groove August 27, 2008

Previously known as the "Masters of Groove," the Godfathers still feature three of the biggest names in funk, soul and acid jazz: Bernard "Pretty" Purdie on drums, Reuben Wilson on Hammond B-3 organ, and Grant Green, Jr. on guitar. Bound not by genre, but rather by feel, this all-star trio is the embodiment of having a good time through music.
