TOO MUCH BLACKFOREST GATEAUX FOR TOO2MUCH?

Since their conception in 2006 the Germaniaxx have grown to be a delicious slice of Cabaret ‘Kuchen’ in the London cabaret and burlesque scene, and plan to invade Soho once again for their latest tantalising dish of a show at the Soho Revue Bar (formerly known as Too2Much).

Accompanied by a dashing Master of Ceremonies, the Germaniaxx in their iconic Blackforest bonnets and naughty costumes from upcoming designers Angels Carrying Savage Weapons will perform live with talented pianist and composer Richard Link, serving up a scrumptious collection of cheeky, naughty songs from 1920s and 1930s German cabaret scene. To further stimulate the senses, the Soho Revue bar will be offering a delectable menu light bites to enjoy during the show.

The Germaniaxx saucy offering of cabaret tunes will include numbers from Kurt Weill, Threepenny Opera and Marlene Dietrich to Zara Leander and the Comedian Harmonists as well as some other well known tunes will be sung both in English and in their original German language. This sweet but naughty show will be delivered for adults of all ages to enjoy on Thursday, 12 April 2007 at the Soho Revue Bar.

The Germaniax are: Maria Trevis, a professional actress, dancer, singer from the UK, she has lived and worked in Germany and also has experience as a successful fringe producer

Karin Hochapfel, professional singer and artist, has an established career in musical comedy and classical/jazz singing. She has performed off Broadway, as well as in the UK, Germany and Italy
