The Gerald Beckett Quartet February 9, 2013

The Jazzschool is pleased to feature flutist Gerald Beckett as part of our Black History Month Celebration. A stalwart of the Bay Area music scene, Beckett has conducted Jazz Flute master classes in San Francisco and annually in Marseille and Paris. Beckett has released four acclaimed records, including 2011’s “Standard Flute” (Summit Records). Also featuring Gary Zellerbach, guitar; Ollie Dudek, bass; and Surya Parkasha, drums.
