The Four Seasons con Salsa August 24, 2006

Vivaldi's complete Four Seasons are intermingled with a jazzy re-imagining for salsa band by Jeff Lederer and performed by trombonist Jimmy Bosch and his group Salsa Dura. Partnering with Nic McGegan and the Phil, virtuoso violinist Pekka Kuusisto leaps across stylistic boundaries, playing in both versions of the beloved classic.

Join Walter Jones, the 2004 World Mayan Salsa Competition winner, for free salsa dancing lessons before the concert at the Hollywood Bowl. 6:30 - 7:30 pm at the main Box Office Plaza. No partner is necessary.
