About the FGI and the Ready-to-Wear Presentations:
The Fashion Group Foundation has presented either a live or audio-visual presentations covering the seasonal fashion runway shows in the United States and in Europe since Ready-to-Wear shows began in the 1960's.

The collections are interpreted by a Fashion Group Ready-To-Wear Committee and presented in a comprehensive audio-visual presentation with over 700 industry professionals in attendance. A panel discussion may also be presented featuring the R-T-W Committee including designers, editors and retailers.

The Trend Report, written by Marylou Luther, International Fashion Syndicate, is distributed to members and attendees of the New York Presentation. This report gives industry professionals the in on upcoming trends.
