North 8th Street
Brooklyn, New York

For the second consecutive year, Williamsburg’s hottest condominium development, The Edge, is giving New Yorkers a chance to enjoy free summer entertainment for all ages. Starting this July, The Edge along with Brooklyn-based community volunteer organization, Town Square, and the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation will host SummerStarz, an outdoor film and music series at East River State Park.

Beginning in mid-July and continuing through late August, each Thursday SummerStarz will invite everyone from Edge buyers to music aficionados and film buffs to enjoy a free live musical performance at 7 pm, followed by a family-friendly film screening at 8 pm. Those with younger children are encouraged to arrive early for the Children’s Hour at 6 pm, which offers an assortment of games and activities including arts & crafts, music and theater for kids.
