Izzy Justice, founder and CEO of EQmentor.

Izzy has two decades of experience in the global management consulting business working at Deloitte Consulting, Arthur Andersen, and most recently at the global healthcare IT leader, Cerner Corporation. He sits on several profit (DCG & Archimedes) and non-profit (First Tee & Davidson College Alumni) Boards. He is a sought-after advisor to several other boards and provides thought leadership on talent management and Emotional Intelligence in the workplace.

Izzy is a certified six sigma Master Black Belt and has authored three books (see below), two of which serve as the basis for EQmentor. He is presently collaborating with multiple authors, including E.Factor, for a fourth book due out in late 2009 on the impact of technology and emotional intelligence to decision-making for leaders in 2010 and beyond.

Izzy has two Bachelor of Science degrees from Davidson College, and NC State University, an MBA from Queens University, and a Doctorate from UOP.

He has served on the Board of Advisors of Leap Frog Enterprises and Raceline Motor Works.
