THE DELTA: A Group Exhibition of 11 LA-based Artists May 21, 2011

Alexys Schwartz Projects is pleased to present "THE DELTA" a pop-up group exhibition that explores the material and ideological complexities of mankind's present relationship to nature. Gathering the voices of eleven contemporary artists, the works in "THE DELTA" interpret and communicate processes analogous to natural occurrences, framing them in various contexts creating a tension between the "natural" and the "synthetic," the authored and the indexical, the knowable and the other.
