The Decliners formed as a trio in the spring of 2005 in Portland, OR, amidst the wreckage of other bands like the Piss Shivers, Sprout, The Meth Moms, Rohypnol, Dine and Dash, Death by Tire Iron and others. Led by frontman Nolan Void, the Decliners play a unique brand of rock music found nowhere else in the world.
