1 Salem Street
Boston, Massachusetts 02113

Get off the Freedom Trail and walk into the darker side of Boston on the anniversary of the Parkman murder.

On this tour you will hear about the dangers of Ann and Richmond Streets, the scourges of smallpox and influenza, the vandalization of the Royal Governor's House, the Molasses Flood, the infamous Brink's Job, and a touch of organized crime, all against the backdrop of Boston's oldest neighborhood. We'll be "celebrating" the anniversary of the famous murder of Dr. George Parkman on November 23, 1849.

Crime, disease, death, and disaster... what better way to enjoy a pleasant evening in Boston!

Tickets are $12 (free for Boston By Foot members) and can be purchased directly from your guide before the start of the tour. The meeting place is along the sidewalk in front of Goody Glovers in the North End (on the corner of Salem & Cross Streets across from the Greenway).
