Get off the Freedom Trail and walk into the darker side of Boston!

On this tour you will hear about the dangers of Richmond Street, the scourges of smallpox and influenza, the vandalization of the Royal Governor's House, the Molasses Flood, the infamous Brink's Job, fires, and a touch of organized crime, all against the backdrop of Boston's oldest neighborhood.

Crime, disease, death, and disaster... what better way to enjoy a pleasant evening in Boston! This 90-minute tour will end in the North End where there is plenty of good food.

Tickets are $12 (free for Boston By Foot members) and can be purchased directly from your guide before the start of the tour. The meeting place is along the sidewalk in front of the old Martignetti's Liquor store in the North End between Salem & Hanover Streets across from the Greenway.
