Written by one of Hollywood's most prolific African American comic writers, The Dance on Widow's Row is the tale of four middle- aged black women who live on the same street and have collectively had nine husbands-all deceased. When the quartet throws a southern soiree, inviting the eligible, handsome, and wealthy aging gents of their burg, the result is part farce, part love story, part gender war, and pure comedy.
