Seattle's The Cops make a raucous rock racket, with a crunchy guitar formula that borrows much from late '70s UK punk. The Departed is a girl punk band from San Francisco and features Michelle Lockneck, Karina Figueroa, Lani Dagger and Nikki Stix.
