The Conga Room presents Bilal, a Neo-Soul musician and member of the musical collective known as Soulquarians. Bilal’s classical training has been instrumental to his conversance with Jazz, voice, and big band arrangements. Bilal writes his music, lyric, and note, seeking to approach swing and scat with the same technique as Ella Fitzgerald.
