The Comrades formed in early October of 2006 out of the tumultuous and wounded punk rock scene of southern California. Although the Comrades are a fresh band only a year and a half old, the boys are no strangers to the competitive music scene. Collins, ex-front man of the punk rock group The Pillz, has been playing shows for over 14 years. Hamill, front man of the Comrades band, got his experience playing with bands like Euclid street and The Crime. With the help of Lopez, who has played with numerous new school punk and thrash-core bands, The Comrades were formed.
