The Complete Guide to Photoshop Elements Course/Class May 3, 2011

This course encompasses everything from the absolute basics to advanced photo-editing techniques with Photoshop Elements. Classes are structured round six, face-to-face, three-hour meetings and 18 assignments that are delivered online and individually assessed between the monthly meetings. The flexibility of online delivery gives students the best opportunity to fully comprehend and complete the course material however busy they might be during these months. Finished assignments are submitted online for critique and feedback electronically. Further learning resources will also be available via Quicktime movies (either downloadable off a site or handed out on DVD in class). Participants will spend a good part of this course working on their own pictures, including developing a greater understanding of resolution, image size, retouching, cropping, composition, layers, HDR proccessing, RAW files, perspective correction, working with text, printing options, colour calibration and visual presentation techniques, and more.
