The Clearwater Concert: Pete Seeger's 90th Birthday Celebration May 3, 2009

American folk music legend Pete Seeger's 90th birthday will be celebrated at this gala concert, featuring performances from Bruce Springsteen, Dave Matthews, Eddie Vedder, John Mellencamp, Emmylou Harris, Steve Earle, Joan Baez, Juanes, Richie Havens, Kris Kristofferson, Tom Morello, Billy Bragg, Michael Franti and Ben Harper. The event will raise funds and awareness for Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, an environmental organization founded by Seeger to preserve and protect the Hudson River.
