"The Central Florida Pork and Wings BBQ Bash and Competition!" June 8, 2012

“Central Florida Pork and Wings BBQ Bash and Competition!” will be held Friday, June 8th - (5:00 pm to 10:00 pm), and Saturday, June 9th - (11:00 am to 10:00 pm) at the Central Florida Fairgrounds located at 4603 West Colonial Drive in Orlando, FL.

This years’ bash will include cooking demonstrations, a sports tent, kid zone, various contests and tournaments, live entertainment, dance instruction, and fabulous giveaways. In addition, over $5,000 in prize money is up for grabs for BBQ teams looking to compete for bragging rights! What is unique to this event is the inclusion for the category of “wings” for the best taste among the competitors. There will also be the standard competition categories of ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, and chicken.

Admission and parking to the bash is FREE! Guests only exchange dollar for dollar pork bucks to purchase foods and beverages they choose to consume from food vendors. Expected attendance for the event is over 12,000 for both days.
