The Cardboard Stories: Blissful Turmoil November 19, 2010

This first play, in a series of four, focuses on a young woman named Allie who has aged out of foster care, given birth to a baby girl and is homeless in Williams Park. While in the park, she reflects on the hardships she has endured throughout her life, but after meeting a student named Hope, her hardships take on new meaning. Does she have what it takes to lift herself above her trials to experience triumph or will she continue down a hopeless path of victimization and despair?
