Continuing the vocal tradition of country greats like George Jones, Melba Montgomery and the Louvin Brothers, the Burning Embers still ring true to their bluegrass and old-time roots with rollicking twin fiddle and banjo tunes that will turn any room into a honky-tonk. Although the Cowlicks hail from Berkeley, they are more than an urban cowboy band.
