The Botany of Desire April 3, 2012

Based on the best-selling book by Michael Pollan, this film investigates the history of four plants—apples, marijuana, tulips, and potatoes—and how they have evolved to become indispensable to humans. Learn each plant’s story of discovery, adaptation, and its symbiotic relationship with human civilization.

Free matinee screenings are presented in conjunction with the Museum’s admission-free first Tuesdays of the month.
