This time around, Bombay Blue has a variety of 10-12 different Veg and Non-Veg sizzlers which one can experience and in so doing explore the best of sizzlers that Bombay Blue has to offer. With the most mouth-watering sizzlers on offer, Bombay Blue invites all to indulge! Vegetarians can enjoy a variety of food items from Teriyaki Tofu (Dark Soy and ginger spiked beans tossed with noodles), Veggies delight (Served with sour cream and spiced jalapeno), Bharwan Simla Mirch (Masala Potato stuffed and served on a sizzling bed of aromatic vegetable pulao), Chunky Soya Nuggets Chettinad (Soya Chunks served with steamed rice) and Barbeque Paneer Shashlik (Cooked in a home made barbeque sauce). The non-vegetarian menu offers Chicken Steak Bulls eye (Golden fried minced chicken steak), Chettinad on a sizzler (traditional peppery sauce from the south), Kairee murgh chatpate (Tender chicken cubes in a tangy raw mango and mint marinade), Chicken symphony (Chicken Salami and sausage), sizzling Surf n Turf (Oven cooked lamb cutlets and roast vegetable ragout stuffed chicken breast) and Escalope Arrabbiata (Slivers of lamb with classical spaghetti arrabbiata). A range of mouth watering sizzling desserts are a part of the menu, from sizzling chocolate mud cake to fruits on a sizzler. Create your own Sundae by choosing your own ice-cream from a choice of three and add your own toppings, sauce and canned fruits.
