Join Socializing for Justice for the first in a 3-month discussion series: "The Body" for Justice. POV: Mind/Body Connection* on Monday, February 22nd at Elephant & Castle* in downtown Boston.

To connect to "the work" and each other in more intentional ways, SoJust is hosting a 3-month discussion series focused on "The Body" through various points of view (POV). This is a place for us to explore what we have in common and where we differ on topics that are important to us. This is not a seminar - there will be no presentation - come with questions you'd like to explore. We'll creatively use the space: smaller groups to focus on specific topics, pairing up, etc. Join us to learn more about yourself and other SoJusters!

RSVP at www.sojust.org - $5 per person to cover group expenses. Newcomers always welcomed!

So you know what to expect here's what we have planned:
6pm Socializing - order dinner/drinks (30 min)
6:30 Gather in large circle for introductions (30 min)
7pm Break into small groups (30 min)
7:30 Report back (10 min)
7:40 Meet in pairs (10 min)
7:50 Report Back (10 min)
8pm Closing (10 min)
8:10 Socializing some more (20 min)
8:30 End
"The Body" for Justice Discussions will be every 4th Monday of the month in February, March and April at Elephant & Castle in downtown Boston.* Possible future POV? Race, feminism, gender, dating, abortion, safer sex, veganism and... your suggestion.

YES, WE MEAN YOU. We've got members of all ages, races, genders, sexual orientations, levels of activism and professions. We hope you see someone like yourself and meet someone you otherwise wouldn't have.
At Socializing for Justice (SoJust) events you can hang out with friends, make new ones, find a date, get the scoop on a job, and find out what's going on this weekend - political or social. And the best part is that SoJust members share your vision of building a more just world.
*Elephant & Castle is located at 161 Devonshire Street in downtown Boston. T Directions: Take the Orange or Blue Line to the State Street stop. Bear left on State St, Right on Devonshire & head 2 blocks to the pub. Nearest Green Line is the Government Center Stop, and nearest Red Line is Downtown Crossing.
