Featuring members of the dearly-departed Siochain (Bryan and Cory) and Johnny Socko (Chris Coolidge, now of Coolidge, too), The Big Legumes are the ultimate fun, not-your-typical, rock-pop cover band. Can they do "Brown Eyed Girl?" Sure. Are they going to? Heck, no. Well, not unless you beg.
Covering everything from ska-reggae revamped "Pretty Woman" to Duran Duran, some Seattle grunge, a little Paul McCartney and Beatles, disco, and back to Johnny Cash, The Big Legumes try to be the best cover band they can be... which is hopefully different than what you think you know about cover bands. Got a suggestion? If they can play, they'll do it, no matter how off-the-wall.
The Big Legumes are always happy to take requests. But, they'll keep playing, anyway ;-)
