On October 16, 2010 join top Bay Area Women Visionaries as they share teachings, practices and tools on self love, self expression and thriving during challenging times in this incredible day all about dreaming big!

The Big Dream Café is the 3rd Annual Visionary Conference and is dedicated to connecting women visionaries in the Bay Area to each other to add more collective power to each individual dream, ultimately making it more possible for each woman to turn her vision into a reality. Each participant will create her own Book of Big Dreams inspired by the teachings of the day, which will serve as her catalytic vision plan! This event is produced by Cosmic Cowgirls University in partnership with Palm of Her Hand (501c3); both organizations that are committed to bringing transformative arts and education to women and children.

Our inspirational line up of visionary leaders: SHAKTI GAWAIN, best-selling author and internationally renowned teacher of Creative Visualization, known for her insight and wisdom regarding self awareness, SARK (Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy), best selling author of Succulent Wild Woman and Prosperity Pie beloved for her wise and witty words and art, CHRISTINE ARYLO Inspirational Catalyst, writer, coach and speaker for self love and the 21st century woman, and SHILOH MCCLOUD artist, author, entrepreneur and the founder of Cosmic Cowgirls, who champions self expression for every person, will teach on her philosophy that all art forms are tools for individual, social and spiritual transformation. Cosmic Cowgirls Mary Mac Donald and Elizabeth Gibbons will be café hosts with creative writings and the glitter bar.

The day will be followed by an evening of celebration, poetry and dancing. ALICE WALKER, Pulitzer Prize winning author of The Color Purple, will be speaking and reading from her new book, Hard Times Require Furious Dancing. She will be joined by special guest Grammy Award Winning musician INDIA ARIE for a collaborative music and poetry set. And dancing to Hedzoleh Soundz.

“The entire day focuses on honoring the Big Dreams of all people -- our hopes, our life visions, and moving through our challenges with grace, even and especially during, hard times. The Bay Area, known for it’s big dreams and the sheer number of VISIONARY thinkers and revolutionary leaders, was our catalytic inspiration for this event” says Executive Producer, Shiloh McCloud. “We are all facing life changes right now, trying to find or stay on our path, and looking for ways to live a life of meaning. The Big Dream Café is the place where all dreamers come together to vision, to learn, to take action and to be inspired to follow our dreams, no matter what. So come dance and dream with us. Each chocolate. Be connected. Experience art. Create a book of Big Dreams. This is how we transform our lives, by working together.”
