The Ben Schwendener Group Performance March 4, 2011

The Ben Schwendener Group celebrates the release of Apfelschaun: New Episode, the 2nd release of pianist/ composer Ben Schwendener in collaboration with Berlin-based saxophonist Uwe Steinmetz. Also rounding out the group is a versatile rhythm section comprised of bassist Bridget Kearney & Michael Calabrese on drums. The new album features lyrical and evocative original works and is already receiving advance praise in anticipation of its release on Gravity Records.
