With their sunny vocal harmonies, The Beach Boys are one of the signature sounds of the modern era. The California quintet place second only to The Beatles in terms of their impact on the music scene of the 1960’s. Since their formation in 1961, the group has released 36 Top 40 hits and four number one singles.
