Participants will learn how to make the perfect pasta and how to make 4 different matching sauces-tomato sugo, olive oil and garlic, arrabbiatta (spicy tomato sauce), pesto sauce.
Recipes are from the best selling book The Basic Art of Italian Cooking and Celebrity Chef Maria Liberati's cooking school near Tuscany.
