Texas fiddling, heart-thumping bass, and irresistible banjo welcome you into “one big, whoopin’ bluegrass party.” The Barefoot Nellies’ picking prowess and harmony vocals have wowed crowds at some of the West’s biggest bluegrass festivals, including San Francisco’s Hardly Strictly Bluegrass and the California Bluegrass Association’s Father’s Day Festival. The Barefoot Nellies’ repertoire includes plenty of chestnuts from Flatt & Scruggs, the Stanley Brothers, Bill Monroe and Jim Martin, plus Lyle Lovett, George Strait, Nancy Sinatra, even a little Led Zepplin.
