instructors and students are all realizing the power and effectiveness of hands-on adjustments, and how they can assist in releasing stored physical and emotional blockages.

as a trained jivamukti instructor, alanna has received extensive education on how to facilitate a yoga student's growth with clarity and intention through hands-on contact. in this workshop, yoga teachers will learn the principals of adjustments that can be applied in any classroom, as well as have an opportunity to practice hand-on adjustments with partners. we will practice a wide range of adjustments on many common poses including uttanasana (standing forward fold), adho mukha svanasana (downward dog) and ardha chandrasana (half moon). various types of adjusting from light to moderate physical adjustments to verbal cues to establishing the breath will be covered in this class.

this workshop is included in tranquil space's 500 hour teacher training - for more information on TT 500 visit www.tranquilspace.com. for more on alanna kaivalya visit: www.jivadiva.com
