The Art of Photographing Trees October 28, 2012

Trees, because of breadth and height, can be challenging subjects to photograph. In this class, Erik Gehring will provide tips, tricks, and photographic theory in order to create unique and dramatic images of trees. Time will be split between the classroom where you’ll discuss theory and preparation; and the landscape, where you'll examine the Arboretum's specimens, thinking about composition and framing and imagining what conditions will best complement the subject.
