Listening well is a powerful tool for communications that build relationships. In this workshop, you'll learn the benefits and skills for listening deeply to others and how to overcome barriers to effective listening. In this interactive session, you'll also have opportunities to practice active listening.

Instructors: Len Reigler & Michelle Lawson

For thirty years Len Reigler has worked in the field of training and organizational development. During that time, he has led, facilitated and trained over 300 employee and management teams. His specialty is assisting groups in becoming teams through creating a working climate that fosters teamwork, learning and open communication.





Michelle Lawson spent 17 years practicing law, specializing in contracts and negotiations. She is now the communications coordinator for The Movement Center.
