The Art of German Stoneware July 13, 2012

German stoneware was a type of ceramic work popular in northern Europe during the 14th to 18th centuries, finding their way to colonial North America during the 1600's. The Museum will be exhibiting examples of the craft from its early years through its 19th-century revival.
