Les Dames d’Escoffier will present “The Art of Food,” the Twelfth Epicurean Food & Wine Auction Gala Dinner. The Washington area’s top female chefs will create colorful, artistically-designed cuisine, in honor of the nation’s capital’s “ColorField remix” celebration taking place throughout the city this Spring.
Participating Chefs include: Anna Saint John, Nona Nielsen-Parker, Laurie Alleman-Weber, Lisa DeStefano, Lynn Foster, Ruth Gresser, Carla Hall, Kate Jansen, Ris Lacoste, Jamie Leeds, Janis McLean, and Nora Pouillon.
Come dressed in your finest artistic black tie.

All proceeds benefit The Washington DC Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, which supports the community by offering educational culinary programs, scholarships to women working or studying in the fields of food and wine, and grants to support the good works of local non-profit organizations.
