Workshop participants will learn how and where to locate show listings, how to prioritize one opportunity over another, and how to put their product’s best foot forward when applying for a show. The workshop is rounded out with a session on best practices and smart selling in a craft show environment.

* Show Application Processes and Best Practices
* Being Prepared Ahead of Time – Show Logistics
* Smart Marketing and Building your Mailing List During a Show
* Price Points, Freebies, and other Table Attractions
* Closing a Sale ~ Ending a Show with Cash in Hand

Students will leave the workshop prepared to enter or expand their efforts in the Northern California Art and Craft Show Arena. Every participant will receive a handout that includes resources discussed in class.
