The gritty, edgy pop-rock of Oklahoma's All American Rejects has brought a new spin to rock music. The Format, featuring Sam Means and Nate Ruess, is a pop music duo from Arizona. Melding elements of rap, rock, R&B and funk into one cohesive and melodic sound, upstate New York's Gym Class Heroes show musical some real dexterity. Motion City Soundtrack is a five member band from Minneapolis.
