The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation hosts the 3rd Annual Army Navy Football Luncheon December 2, 2006

On Saturday, December 2, The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation hosts the 3rd Annual Army Navy Football Luncheon at The Rack, 24 Clinton Street, Boston. We would like to ask for your help in getting the word of this event out to your constituents. The luncheon will raise funds to aid veterans assistance organizations that support our troops overseas and their families at home. Former Boston Bruin Terry OReilly will be the special guest at the fundraiser. I hope you will help us spread the word on this event.



The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation hosts two annual events each year as fundraisers to support both local and national veterans assistance organizations. To date, the Foundation has raised more than $100,000 helping to provide services ranging from financial grants and scholarships to psychological treatment for families of deployed troops and lodging for families visiting their wounded and injured loved ones.



This event will begin at 12:00 noon with the 107th Annual Army-Navy football game kicking off at approximately 2:30 p.m. to be viewed on large screens all across the venue. Tickets are $20 ($15 with military I.D) and include a buffet luncheon and free billiards. This event will also feature a silent auction and raffle. All proceeds raised from the event will benefit and support veterans organizations.

The Ahern Family Charitable Foundation is a Massachusetts-registered non-profit organization that seeks to help veterans and current members of the U.S. military fighting the war on terrorism.
