!THE 5TH ANNUAL GLOBAL DIVAS BENEFIT CONCERT!
St. Stephen’s Community House presents their 5th Annual Global Divas benefit concert, taking place on TUESDAY, JUNE 12, 2007 at Toronto’s historic Palais Royale Ballroom. This year’s gala and concert will once again be hosted by international acclaimed jazz virtuoso JANE BUNNETT and her band THE SPIRITS OF HAVANA, and will feature the following four ‘Global Divas’: Cuban rapera/jazz poet TELMARY, the reigning Queen of Haitian Song EMELINE MICHEL, South Asian musical master SUBA SANKARAN of autorickshaw and RITA CHIARELLI, who will perform her passionate Italian folk songs. All proceeds from the 5th Annual Global Divas gala and concert will benefit Toronto’s St. Stephen’s Community House Youth Arcade.
